Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 diced onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1¾ cups shredded cheese mix
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Coat a slow cooker with a non-stick spray.
- Create 3 layers of hash browns, sausage, onion, bell pepper and shredded cheese.
- Whisk the egg, milk, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs over the other ingredients. Cook on low for 10 hours.
