Ingredients
- 130 g pineapple, chopped
- ½ frozen medium banana, chopped
- 1 small handful kale, stalks removed and leaves roughly chopped
- 200 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ cup (125 ml) semi-skimmed milk
Toppings
- 30 g natural muesli
- ¼ medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
How to Make It
- Place the pineapple, banana, kale, yoghurt and milk in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with the muesli, banana, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
