This is a favorite kale smoothie. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups kale or baby kale (stripped from stalk, chopped, and rinsed)
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled, sliced, and seeded
- ½ cup water
- 1 banana
- 3 pitted dried dates
- 1 cup ice
How to Make It
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend from low to high speed until creamy and smooth. Add additional water if needed.
