Ingredients

  • 1½ cups kale or baby kale (stripped from stalk, chopped, and rinsed)
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • 2 oranges, peeled, sliced, and seeded
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 3 pitted dried dates
  • 1 cup ice
How to Make It
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend from low to high speed until creamy and smooth. Add additional water if needed.
