- 2 cups strawberry
- 1 tsp. camu powder
- ½ cup mint
- 1 cucumber
- ½ cup water

- Camu camu berry is quickly becoming a popular health supplement due to its high antioxidant levels and antiviral properties. Being a native fruit of the Brazilian rainforest, it’s not commonly found in your local grocer. However, you will most likely find it in powder form at a neighborhood health shop. Adding it to any juice combination will only enhance its many health benefits.
- Juice strawberries, cucumber and mint. Pour juice mixture, water and camu powder into blender and blend. Serve over ice or blend for a healthy camu slush.
