The cheesy puffy omelet recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 4 separated eggs, beaten
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
How to Make It
  1. In a bowl, stir in eggs and water until the mixture becomes stiff.
  2. Fold the pepper, salt and egg yolks into the egg whites.
  3. In a skillet, add butter and the egg mixture.
  4. Set heat to low and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Set oven to 325° F and allow to bake for about 10 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, in a saucepan stir together cheese, cream, butter and water. Allow to cook through.
  7. Set the omelet in serving plates and enjoy alongside the cheese sauce.
