Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- 1/3 cup cream
- 4 separated eggs, beaten
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
How to Make It
- In a bowl, stir in eggs and water until the mixture becomes stiff.
- Fold the pepper, salt and egg yolks into the egg whites.
- In a skillet, add butter and the egg mixture.
- Set heat to low and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Set oven to 325° F and allow to bake for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, in a saucepan stir together cheese, cream, butter and water. Allow to cook through.
- Set the omelet in serving plates and enjoy alongside the cheese sauce.
