Ingredients
- 1 big carrot noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp raw peanuts
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Some black sesame for garniture
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 small tomato cut into small cubes
- 1 tsp brown raw sugar or agave nectar
- 1-2 red chili peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt
How to Make It
- Shred the noodles, put all the ingredients into a bowl and set it aside for 30 minutes to extract the flavors.
