Ingredients
- 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1 chopped orange bell pepper
- 3 oz cubed butternut squash
- 3 oz cubed sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp mustard powder
How to Make It
- In your slow cooker, mix orange bell pepper with yellow one, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, oil, thyme, garlic, mustard powder and tomatoes, toss a bit, cover and cook on High for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Divide between plates and serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
