Ingredients
- ¾ cup Brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- ⅓ cup goji berries
- 1½ cups coconut flakes, macaroon-cut or fine-cut
- ⅓ cup lucuma powder
- ¼ cup tocotrienols or grassfed whey powder
- 1 tablespoon mesquite powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon stevia leaf powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
How to Make It
- In a food processor, mix the Brazil nuts and the coconut butter into a paste.
- Blend the goji berries in a coffee grinder or a spice grinder into a powder.
- Add all ingredients to the food processor, and mix until combined thoroughly.
- Press the dough evenly into a parchment-paper-lined 8 × 8-inch brownie pan, and chill for about 1 hour, until firm.
- Cut into shapes. Store chilled.
