Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package campanelle pasta
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ onion, chopped
- 1 (6.5 oz) can tomato sauce
How to Make It
- Boil pasta in salted water for 13 minutes.
- Drain liquid and place in a bowl with ricotta, mix everything evenly.
- In a frying pan, fry onions in olive oil for 8 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
- Cover your noodles with the sauce, and let sit for 7 minutes.
