Ingredients
- 1¼ cups jasmine rice
- 1½ cups water
How to Make It
- Rinse the rice, running your fingers through it to mix it around, until the water runs clear.
- Bring the rice and water to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cover tightly. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat. Do not remove the cover. Let the rice stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
