Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate candy melts
- 1 cup orange chocolate candy melts
- 1 cup light cocoa candy melts
- 1⁄4 cup red chocolate candy melts
- 12 Basic Oreo Bonbons, completed through Step 3, formed into your desired sports ball forms, and chilled
How to Make It
- Place your candy melts in four different bowls and melt in the microwave at 30-second increments.
- Dip your Oreo Bonbons with a candy melt dipping scoop or with a fork into the melted chocolate depending on the type of ball being made. For example, dip the basketballs into the orange chocolate, the baseballs into the white, and the footballs into the brown. Place on a Silpat or piece of parchment paper and place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 5 minutes.
- Place remaining melted red, brown, and white chocolate in three different piping bags, each with a #2 tip. If you only have one #2 tip you will need to do one color at a time.
- Using your piping bag, draw the corresponding lines on your bonbons. Use the white melted chocolate to decorate the footballs, the red chocolate to decorate the baseballs, and the brown chocolate to decorate the basketballs.
- Place bonbons on a Silpat or a piece of parchment paper and place in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 2–3 minutes.
