Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 diced small onion
- 1½ cup garbanzo beans
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
- Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the garbanzo beans and tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes, until the spinach is wilted. 6. Serve with bread.
