A great go-to recipe for company or a busy day at home. Serve with roasted new potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 to 3 T. chili powder, to taste
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- ¼
- ¼ t. dried thyme
- ¼ t. dry mustard
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin fillet
How to Make It
- Mix all spices together in a bowl. Rub desired amount of spice mixture over both sides of tenderloin. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil; refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
- Place foil package in a shallow 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove tenderloin to a platter; let stand for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with natural juices.
