No need for calorie packed butter when you can glaze your corn with soy, oyster and hoisin sauces.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
- ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- 6 ears corn (husks removed)
How to Make It
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce along with the vinegar, garlic powder, sriracha sauce and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat, and lightly oil the grill grate.
- Transfer the corn to the hot grill and brush with the sauce mixture. Cook for around 5 minutes while turning the corn and brushing with the sauce. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, once again brushing with sauce. Serve.
