Ingredients
- 4-8 corn hard taco shells (2 per person is usually enough)
- 3 medium cans tuna fish in oil (well drained)
- 1 medium diced fresh avocado
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- ½ teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
- Shredded Iceberg lettuce, fresh spinach leaves or other greens when serving
How to Make It
- There is no cooking involved in this recipe.
- In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, avocado oil, seasonings, and red onion. Combine well with a fork.
- Add all the diced fresh tomatoes and mix again gently.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Fill each taco shell with a generous amount of the tuna mixture and add the greens of your choice.
- Also, add some diced avocado if you wish.
- Serve with optional sour cream.
