The breakfast pie is easy to prepare with readily available ingredients. The combination of different ingredients gives the pie a nutritious and tasty approach. Serve the pie while still hot.
Ingredients
- 1 shredded sweet potato
- 8 whisked eggs
- 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 1 lb crumbled pork sausage
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 2 tbsp Dried basil
- 2 chopped red bell peppers
- Salt and black pepper
How to Make It
- Grease the slow cooker with the coconut oil and add sweet potatoes.
- Also add sausage, garlic powder, bell pepper, onion, basil, salt and pepper.
- Add whisked eggs, toss, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Divide between plates and serve warm. Enjoy!
