Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado or extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, cut into thin half-moons
- Sea salt
- 1 cup julienned burdock
- 1 cup julienned carrot
- 8 ounces seitan, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Dash organic soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon kuzu root, dissolved in a small amount of cold water
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh flatleaf parsley, coarsely chopped
- Dash brown rice vinegar
