Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, cut into thin half-moons
  • Sea salt
  • 1 cup julienned burdock
  • 1 cup julienned carrot
  • 8 ounces seitan, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Dash organic soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kuzu root, dissolved in a small amount of cold water
  • 3 to 4 sprigs fresh flatleaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • Dash brown rice vinegar
