Ingredients
- 3 lb peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper taste
How to Make It
- Layer the potatoes, cheese, onion, garlic and ham in the slow cooker.
- Combine the soup and milk and pour over the potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
