Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb 450 g sugar snap peas
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 lime zest
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
How to Make It
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the sugar snap peas and sauté for 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Zest the lemon and lime straight into the skillet – you don’t lose any of the essential oils that way – and toss in the chopped mint. Toss the beans in the seasonings well and serve.
