Ingredients
- ½ cup ground cashews
- 1/3 cup ground pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup ground almonds
- 4 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp saffron
- ½ tsp dehydrated garlic
- ½ cup of water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of ground pepper
- Water as needed
How to Make It
- Ground the cashews, the pumpkin seeds, the almonds and the flax.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Apply on a dehydrator sheet, cut into square shapes.
- Dehydrate around 16 hours or more.
