Rice, cheese and pepper tart recipe

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces rice
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 ounces grated parmigiano
  • 3 ounces grated pecorino
  • 2 cups milk
  • Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
How to Make It
  1. Beat the eggs with the cheeses. Season with salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and a generous amount of pepper. Pour the mixture into the rice and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pie dish, and bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 40 minutes.
