Ingredients
- 9 ounces rice
- 6 eggs
- 5 ounces grated parmigiano
- 3 ounces grated pecorino
- 2 cups milk
- Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
How to Make It
- Beat the eggs with the cheeses. Season with salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and a generous amount of pepper. Pour the mixture into the rice and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pie dish, and bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 40 minutes.
