Rainbow coated pretzels recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate candy melts
  • 12 pretzel rods
  • 1⁄4 cup rainbow sprinkles
How to Make It
  1. Melt chocolate candy melts in candy melting electric pot according to package instructions, or in a microwave at 30-second increments.
  2. Dip pretzel rods halfway into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to help cover pretzels if necessary.
  3. Sprinkle the sprinkles onto the chocolate-coated pretzels while the chocolate is still hot.
  4. Place your pretzels on a Silpat or parchment paper and place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 10 minutes.
