Potato pancakes recipe

Shredded potatoes and egg white pancakes cooked in olive oil!

  • Yield: 6 Servings
  • Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
  • Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups egg white
  • 4 cups grated potatoes
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, ground
  • 6 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except oil.
  2. Heat 1 tsp. of olive oil in large non-stick pan and pour in 1/6 part of prepared mix in it.
  3. Cook both sides until golden-brown.
  4. Repeat the same procedure and make 6 pancakes.
  5. Once ready, place them in serving platter.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup!
