Shredded potatoes and egg white pancakes cooked in olive oil!
Ingredients
- 4 cups egg white
- 4 cups grated potatoes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, ground
- 6 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except oil.
- Heat 1 tsp. of olive oil in large non-stick pan and pour in 1/6 part of prepared mix in it.
- Cook both sides until golden-brown.
- Repeat the same procedure and make 6 pancakes.
- Once ready, place them in serving platter.
- Serve hot with ketchup!
