Ingredients
- ½ cups cooked corn (optional)
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1-½ cups sliced zucchini
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 4 pounds cubed pork
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
