Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-½ cups green peas
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder
How to Make It
  1. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
