Sweet chill sauce, which are cooked pork ribs is known to fans of Asian cuisine Thai sauce, sharp and sweet to taste. This sauce is suitable for almost any meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 4 kg pork ribs
- 1 liter sweet chili sauce
- 3 l beer
- 1 l water
- 50 g black pepper, green peas
- 10 g rosemary
- 100 g salt
- potato wedges and blue cheese sauce for filing
How to Make It
- Ribs are cleaned of excess fat. In a pan pour water, beer, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cooking ribs in the beer broth until tender meat, about 40 minutes. Then remove from fire and cool.
- Next, fry the ribs in sweet chili sauce until Golden brown. Serve with potato wedges and blue cheese sauce.
