Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 g honey
- 15 ml tabasco (Original Red Pepper Sauce)
- 3 PCs garlic (cloves)
- 200 ml meat broth
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
How to Make It
- Mix in a blender with balsamic vinegar, TABASCO® Original Red Pepper Sauce, honey and garlic.
- Cut pork ribs into 4-5 pieces salt and pepper them. Bake ribs on a metal grate, heated to 140 ° C, and turn them from time to time.
- Ten minutes before end of baking, dip the chops in balsamic glaze and send it back on the grill.
- Serve the ribs hot in tandem with grilled vegetables.
