Ground stir-fried pork kebabs with onion and garam masala!
Ingredients
- 1 pound mined pork
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup rolled oat flour
- Olive oil for shallow frying
- Salt to taste
How to Make It
- Heat olive oil in a deep bottom pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and sauté until trans-lucent. Add in garlic paste and ginger. Cook for a minute.
- Then, add in minced beef, garam masala and salt. Cook until pork is done and turns brown.
- Once done, remove the pan from heat and let the cooked pork cool down completely.
- Once cool, put the cooked pork in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the blended pork to a bowl and add in oat flour. Mix well and make 8 flat patties using hands. Keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in large non-stick pan over medium-high flame. Put the prepared pork kebabs in pan. Fry until both sides of kebabs turn golden-brown and crisp.
- Once ready, transfer the kebabs to a serving platter.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
