Pork, celery and basil stew recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2½ pounds chopped pork meat
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 cup white wine (optional)
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup fresh basil
How to Make It
  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
