Ingredients
- 4 lbs of red potatoes
- ½ cup relish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons pepper
- 4 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Boiled eggs
How to Make It
- Quarter your potatoes, boil them until soft which is like 15 to 20 minutes; maybe 30 at the most. Drain the potatoes.
- Take your relish, throw it in a bowl with mayo, mustard, sugar, pepper, seasoning salt and paprika, and mix it together until it becomes a creamy consistency.
- Then add your eggs chopped up. To be festive, you can cut them in half and make an egg salad and put it back in there. Potato salad be on hit, though.
