Pizza with duck, pumpkin and Gorgonzola cheese recipe

Ingredients

  • 90 g pizza dough
  • 50 g tomato sauce for pizza
  • 30 g mozzarella
  • 100 g pumpkin
  • 50 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 70 g duck fillet
  • 30 g spinach
  • olive oil to taste
  • oregano to taste
How to Make It
  1. Prepare the pumpkin, cut it into 2 x 2 cm cubes and bake it in the oven.
  2. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. Apply a layer of tomato sauce for pizza, sprinkle with mozzarella. Next, add the duck, thinly sliced, baked pumpkin and pieces of Gorgonzola cheese.
  3. Bake for 3-4 minutes at 300°C, take out the pizza, cut, add fresh spinach leaves on top, pour olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
