Ingredients
- Pineapple
- 2 cups of Jasmine rice (per bowl)
- ¼ lb of boneless skinless chicken thigh meat (you can use chicken breast if you don't like dark meat, but we use this because to us it tastes so much better.)
- Bottle of Teriyaki sauce
- Sriracha
- Sweet chili sauce
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- ¼ lb of beef short rib
- ¼ lb of salmon
- ¼ lb of large shrimp
- ¼ lb of king crab
- 1 lobster
- Worcestershire sauce
- Kikkoman pineapple ginger marinade
- Mesquite charcoal

How to Make It
- There’s hella different ways you can make this. You always start by cutting the pineapple in half from the bottom to the crown, and gutting it into a bowl. Then boil the jasmine rice and put it in the bowl, then put it to the side.
