Ingredients
- 400 g puff pastry
- 150 g fresh peas in pods
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tbsp cheese
- 300 g chicken wings
- a bunch of parsley
- a bundle of Basil
- ¾ tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- pinch of mixed spices
- salt to taste
How to Make It
- For the pesto greens wash, dry, remove the stems. Leaves crushed with a knife. Crush in a mortar or in a blender homogeneous sauce of crushed leaves, nuts, garlic, olive oil, pepper mixture and salt.
- Chicken wings wash, dry. Season with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Then separated from the bones.
- Slice zucchini and onion half rings, carrots - slices.
- Fresh peas in pods (almost no grains, young) - I replaced the green beans. Cut in half. Mix vegetables, chicken wings with 2 tbsp pesto, close the foil and leave for an hour. Roll the dough quite thinly, rolled up the edges to make a rim.
