Ingredients
- 1 box uncooked angel hair
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
- 3 large cans tuna in oil (well drained)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ΒΌ cup chopped green olives
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
How to Make It
- Boil water in a large sauce. Add salt and a little olive oil.
- Cook as you normally would the angel hair pasta and rain well, set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil. Cook the garlic, lemon juice, herbs, and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, tuna, and olives. Mix well.
- Serve warm. You can choose to add parmesan cheese on top.
