Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of red caviar
- 0.5 lemon juice and zest
- 10 gĀ butter
- 500 g of Penne pasta
- 300 ml cream 33% fat
- pinch of grated nutmeg
How to Make It
- Melt butter in a saucepan, pour the cream. Bring to boil on mild fire. Add the juice and zest of lemon, nutmeg.
- Cook until thick about 1 min. Add eggs and mix gently. Penne cook for 3 minutes less than indicated on the package.
- Drain, transfer the pasta into the prepared sauce and bring to readiness in the sauce.
