- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup chrysanthemum tea
- 1 cup peach juice
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp camu berry powder
- thumb of ginger (juice)
- 3 cinnamon sticks

- Juice fruit and ginger. Bring a cup of water to the boil, pour over an infuser of chrysanthemum tea and let steep for 2 minutes. In a saucepan, combine juice, tea and cinnamon sticks. Bring heat up just under a boil, as you don’t want the mixture to ever reach a boil. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Pour warm mixture into blender, add camu powder and blend until smooth.
