PB & J smoothie recipe

This smoothie has all the nostalgia of a classic PB&J made with peanut butter and homemade strawberry jam, but a lot healthier. This smoothie is extra creamy, sweet, and very filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk, plus more as needed
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (about 12)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, plus more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make It
  1. Place the milk and yogurt in a blender. Add the strawberries, raspberries, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk, if needed, to reach the desired consistency.
  2. You can also add another tablespoon of peanut butter for a nuttier flavor. Serve immediately.
