This smoothie has all the nostalgia of a classic PB&J made with peanut butter and homemade strawberry jam, but a lot healthier. This smoothie is extra creamy, sweet, and very filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk, plus more as needed
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (about 12)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries or mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, plus more as needed
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make It
- Place the milk and yogurt in a blender. Add the strawberries, raspberries, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk, if needed, to reach the desired consistency.
- You can also add another tablespoon of peanut butter for a nuttier flavor. Serve immediately.
