Ingredients
- 6 oz. pkgs. pork or savory herb stuffing mix
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 2 T. oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. applesauce
- cinnamon to taste
How to Make It
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions; set aside. Cut a pocket into the center of each pork chop, slicing horizontally into the side. Evenly stuff chops with prepared stuffing. Drizzle oil in a 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with garlic.
- Arrange chops in pan and season with salt and pepper. Top each chop with 1/4 cup applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chops are no longer pink.
