This juice has a tropical flavor and is loaded with my favorite gut-friendly ingredients: ginger and turmeric.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ lemon
- One ½-inch piece peeled turmeric or ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- One ½-inch piece peeled ginger
How to Make It
- Wash and pat dry all the ingredients. Peel or cut the skin off the lemon.
- Place all the ingredients in a juicer. Pour juice through strainer if desired. Enjoy!
