The taste of orange and cream is a childhood favorite of mine and this is like a grown-up version with a hint of turmeric for its anti-inflammatory benefits and flax for extra fiber.
Ingredients
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled
- ¼ cup lactose-free kefir
- 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 4 ice cubes
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
