Ingredients
- 100 ml Basic Lemon Cordial
- 15 g fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnishing
- 6 juicy oranges
- 6 kiwi fruit
How to Make It
- Heat the lemon cordial and mint leaves together in a saucepan. Just before the syrup boils, remove from the heat and then allow to cool completely. You can discard the mint leaves if preferred.
- Remove the peel and pith from the oranges and cut into 5-mm-thick slices.
- Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into 5-mm-thick slices.
- Arrange the fruit attractively on a serving platter and pour over the cooled syrup.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with extra fresh mint.
