Ingredients
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 35 g tinned salmon, drained
- 25 g soft goat’s cheese
- Ground black pepper, to taste
How to Make It
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- To serve, place the bread on a serving plate and top with the spinach, cucumber, onion, tomato, salmon and goat’s cheese. Season with pepper, if desired.
