Ingredients
- 4 cups okra
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp Salt and ground pepper
- ½ cup sliced tomatoes
- 3 cups spinach
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 2 pounds pork neck meat, cubed
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
