Ingredients
For the Cake
- 30 grams of oat bran
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of natural yogurt
- 5 grams of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 6 sachets of sweetener
For the Cream
- 200 grams of soft cottage cheese
- 1 sachet of sweetener
How to Make It
- Mix the eggs, sweetener and yogurt. Then add bran and cocoa. Add baking powder to this mixture.
- Put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix cottage cheese and sweetener.
- Once the cake is ready, wait until it cools down, cut it and coat with cream. On each layer, you can add prunes and walnuts.
