Ingredients
- 15-¼ oz pkg. devil’s food cake mix
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 3.4-oz pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cup milk
- 16-oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to Make It
- Prepare cake mix with water, oil and eggs according to package directions; bake in a greased 13"x 9" baking pan. Cool completely; cut into one-inch cubes.
- Meanwhile, prepare pudding mixes with milk according to package directions. In a large glass trifle bowl, layer half each of cake cubes, pudding and whipped topping. Repeat layers, ending with topping. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cover and chill until serving time.
