Ingredients
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 120 g soft brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 180 g cake flour
- 2 ml salt
- 5 ml ground cinnamon
- 5 ml baking powder
- 5 ml bicarbonate of soda
- 150 g Basic Muesli
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line or grease a muffin tin.
- Beat the oil, sugar and egg together until light and creamy.
- Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and gently fold it into the egg mixture.
- Add the muesli and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 25–30 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
