Ingredients
- 1 pound minced pork
- 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 Tbsp. minced ginger, 3 bay leaves
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth
- ½ cup sliced parsley
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- ½ cups corn and & ½ cups sliced yellow pepper
- 1 cup sliced green beans
- 2 cups sliced onions
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
