Ingredients
- 1 cup quartered tomatoes
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
- ΒΌ cup shredded carrots
- 4 pounds minced pork meat
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, & cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
