Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 lb lean cubed pork
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric (optional)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2½ cups water
- 5 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp snipped chives
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- salt and black pepper
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 Hrs.
