Ingredients
- 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 30 g natural muesli
How to Make It
- Place the yoghurt, maple syrup and three-quarters of the banana in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- To serve, top with the muesli and the remaining banana.
